High precision screen printing table is mainly designed for single and double sided circuit board solder paste or red glue printing. The working platform is made of high-quality aluminum plate honeycomb positioning hole processing, and the base is welded with thickened steel plate, which is strong and stable and durable. • The circuit board adopts positioning needle, fixed rod and fixed plate positioning, which is convenient for positioning and can ensure the accuracy of repeated operation. • The calibration method is moved through the steel mesh, and combined with the X and Y axis fine-tuning correction of the printing platform, which is convenient and quick. • The steel mesh bracket adopts spiral screw, which can adjust the height up and down to control the thickness of PCB and the amount of solder paste printed. • The printing screen is fixed by 4 knobs with pressure plate, fast and firm.
